Academy of Christ the King SHS was founded on the 15th October, 1976 by the Mothers’ Union of the Anglican Church, Cape Coast under the leadership of the Most Rev. I. S. M. Le-Maire (then Archbishop of the Province of West Africa) and the Most Rev. R.G.A. Okine (Retired Archbishop)
