Academy of Christ the King, Cape Coast ()

Academy of Christ the King SHS was founded on 15th October, 1976 by the Mothers’ Union of the Anglican Church, Cape Coast under the leadership of the Most Rev. I. S. M. Le-Maire (Late Archbishop of the Province of West Africa) and the Most Rev. R.G.A. Okine (Retired Archbishop) when he was the Priest in Charge of the Christ the King Parish, Cape Coast.

Mission

To unearth the real talent of every student in the school for their ultimate benefit to themselves, the school, the church and
the state at large.

Vision

The school aims at rubbing shoulders with the well-endowed Senior High Schools in the Cape Coast metropolis and its surroundings by the year 2020. We also envisage a complete relocation of the rest of the school from the old site to the new site permanently.
