Kpassa Senior High Technical School was established on the 15th of February, 1993 with the prime aim of promoting Agriculture in the area. In view of this, the Agricultural Science Programme was the focus. The school has a conducive environment provided the shady trees. It is also a non-denominational institution; students of all religious persuasions are admitted.
