Juaben Senior High is a Methodist institution. The Methodist Church Ghana has posted full time Chaplain to the school to manage the religious moral life of the school. Morning devotions are held every morning from Monday to Friday at 6:30 am. A Week of Prayer is also held once every term with John Wesley Day celebration held annually in the month of May
