By accessing or using SchoolsInGH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The Platform is open to all users. Users under the age of 13 must have parental consent. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless you have entered into a separate commercial agreement with us. You must not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content without prior written permission.

Forum posts, reviews, and other content you submit remain your property, but you grant SchoolsInGH a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform. You must not post content that is defamatory, abusive, misleading, or in violation of any law.

Past examination questions are provided for personal study purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of PASSCO content is strictly prohibited. Premium content is accessible only to subscribers while their subscription is active.

All Platform content, branding, and software — excluding user-generated content — is owned by SchoolsInGH or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. School data is sourced from public records and may not always reflect the latest information. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SchoolsInGH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
